Why hire a specialist

What good footage actually does for a business

The point isn't the drone. It's what the finished video helps you sell, lease, document, or launch.

Show scale instantly

Aerial perspective communicates the size of a site, a building, or a development faster than any floor plan or paragraph.

Stand out in a crowded feed

Most competitors are posting phone photos. Cinematic footage signals that the property — and the business behind it — is serious.

Document progress over time

For builds and developments, a datable visual record turns months of work into proof you can show investors, partners, and buyers.

Build trust before the first call

Clear, confident video answers the questions a prospect would otherwise ask on a tour — so the conversations you have are warmer.

Get assets you can reuse

One shoot becomes a film, stills, and vertical cuts — usable across your website, email, listings, social, and sales decks.

One coordinated shoot

Air and ground are planned together, so the final edit feels like one story instead of two sets of footage stitched together.

How it works

A clear process, start to finish

You always know what happens next. No mystery, no scope creep.

  1. Scope & quote

We talk through the property, the goal, and the audience. I come back with a plan, a realistic timeline, and a quote.

  2. Plan the shoot

I handle the logistics — angles, airspace, access, and the time of day that shows the work at its best.

  3. Shoot air & ground

One coordinated visit captures the aerial perspective and the grounded detail, planned to cut together cleanly.

  4. Edit

I cut the footage into a finished film, plus the stills and vertical social versions you'll actually use.

  5. Deliver

You get ready-to-use files and the licensing to put them wherever your business needs them.

How I work

Straightforward, planned, and accountable

You're hiring one person who owns the whole project — from the first call to the final files.

A clear scope and quote first

You know what you're getting, what it costs, and when — before anything is booked.

Planned around airspace & weather

I check airspace, access, and the forecast, and shoot in conditions that do the work justice.

Air and ground in one visit

One coordinated shoot keeps cost down and the final edit consistent.

Licensed for your business use

Finished footage is delivered with the rights to use it across your marketing.

Where I work

Dallas–Fort Worth & North Texas

Aerial and ground shoots across the metroplex and the communities around it.

Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and regularly working across North Texas. Got a project a little further out? Ask — it’s usually workable.

Common questions

Good to know before you reach out

Have a question that isn’t here? Send it over with your project details and I’ll answer it directly.

Ask about your project
What areas do you cover?

I work across Dallas–Fort Worth & North Texas, including Fort Worth, Dallas, Roanoke, Keller, Southlake, and the surrounding communities. Projects just outside the area are usually still workable — ask and I will let you know.

What does a typical project look like?

Most projects follow the same arc: a short scoping conversation, a planned shoot day matched to the right light and weather, then editing and delivery of finished files. I scope each project to the outcome you need rather than a fixed package, so the plan fits the property, timeline, and budget.

Do you shoot both aerial and ground footage?

Yes. A strong piece usually blends aerial perspective with grounded detail — the scale of a site from above, plus the spaces, finishes, and activity that make it feel real. I plan both into a single shoot so the final edit feels cohesive.

Who owns the finished footage?

You receive licensed, finished files for your business use — listings, websites, social, sales decks, and ads. The exact license and any raw-footage options are spelled out in your project agreement before the shoot, so there are no surprises.

How do you handle weather and rescheduling?

Aerial work depends on conditions. I watch the forecast in the days leading up to a shoot and, when the light or wind won't do the work justice, I reschedule to the next suitable window. The goal is footage worth using, not footage rushed.

How far ahead should I book?

Earlier is better, especially for time-sensitive milestones like a construction phase, a grand opening, or a listing going live. Reach out as soon as you have a target window and I will hold a slot and build the plan backward from your deadline.
