How information you share with this site is collected, used, and protected.

This policy explains what information ER Media collects through this website and how it is used. It applies only to this site and not to any third-party services it links to.
Information I collect
I collect two kinds of information:
- What you submit. When you use the contact form, I collect the details you provide — your name, company, email, phone (if given), project type, location, timeline, budget range, intended use, and your message. Please don’t include sensitive information — such as a Social Security number, payment card details, or health information — in the form; it isn’t needed to discuss a project, and I’ll ask for anything else separately if a project requires it.
- Basic technical data. Like most sites, this one runs on infrastructure (Cloudflare) that may process limited technical information such as your IP address and request metadata to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.
How I use it
I use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project. I don’t sell your information, and I don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile is a privacy-focused alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs; Cloudflare processes limited technical signals to perform this check. See Cloudflare’s privacy documentation for details.
Analytics
If analytics is enabled, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or collect personal information for cross-site tracking. Analytics is disabled until explicitly configured.
Embedded video
Project videos are hosted on YouTube and are not loaded until you click to play. Once you do, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. Where possible, videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
Contact-form submissions are delivered to my inbox so I can reply. Messages are retained as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting work, then deleted on a reasonable schedule.
Sharing
I don’t sell or rent your information. It may be processed by the service providers that run this site and its email (for example, Cloudflare), strictly to operate the site and deliver your message.
Your choices
You can ask me to access or delete the information you’ve submitted by contacting me atthe contact form on this site.
Changes
I may update this policy as the site or its services change. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
