A few things I handle so your shoot goes smoothly.
Location & access
Gated sites, active job sites, rooftops, and busy properties all need a plan. I coordinate access, timing, and any on-site contacts before the shoot day so nothing stalls.
Weather & light
North Texas weather moves fast. I watch the forecast in the days before a shoot and pick the window — often early or late — that shows the property in its best light.
Scheduling
For time-sensitive milestones like a listing launch, a construction phase, or a grand opening, the earlier we lock a window, the better. I build the plan backward from your deadline.
